How to make an appointment at the HPS clinic

Contact to HPS We know that getting through on the telephone to the HPS clinic can be difficult at peak times. We suggest that you use our contact form if you can, so that one of our reception team can deal with your enquiry quickly or call you back if convenient.

Appointment times

In the general clinic first appointments (or appointments for patients who haven't been to the clinic in the last six months) are one hour and twenty minutes. Follow up appointments are forty minutes.

The general clinic is open for booking appointments from Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.30. The earliest appointments start at 8.40am. For a first appointment (as these take longer), the latest time that can be given is 16.40. Otherwise the last appointment time is 5.20pm.

If you require an appointment outside of these times, we have an evening/Saturday clinic which runs from 17.45 to 20.15, Monday to Thursday and 8:30 to 12:30 on Saturdays. The evening/Saturday clinic is run by qualified osteopaths and as such the treatment fee is slightly higher at £40 per session. Please note that community partnership and concessionary rates are not available for the evening clinic.

Our specialist clinics run on specific days/times, the length of the appointment varies so please check with our clinic reception team for current scheduling.

Appointment information

The HPS is an exempt charity, with a mission to make osteopathy affordable and accessible to the whole community. Our fees are less than half those generally charged in private practices.
